YAKAZI TRAINING AT JKUSENGA FARM

Welcome to the JKUSENGA Farm Tour & Training 

Hosted by JKusenga Farm, this event is designed to empower aspiring farmers with hands-on citrus farming knowledge especially focused on pixie oranges and other profitable citrus fruits. 

Location - Ikuma Farm, Nziu, Makueni County 

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced farmer, this training will equip you with modern citrus farming techniques including: 

a) Site preparation and soil health 

b) Irrigation and water efficiency 

c) Disease and pest management 

d) Harvesting, post-harvest handling, and marketing 

e) Insights on lemons, tangerines and Washington Oranges 

What you will receive 

1. I seedling + 1 kg of pixie fruits 
2. Transport (from Nairobi for those who need it) 
3. Lunch, water and writing materials 

Participation Fee 

• Ksh 5,500 (includes farm tour, fruit farm training and grouptransport to and from Nairobi CBD) 
• Ksh 4,000 (if you are using your own transport)
